The surface of the plot is about 1331 m2.
The house is divided into three rooms:
The first is the large house that is located on the highest part of the estate, has 4 double rooms (two of them are suites) and a fifth for the service. A kitchen of about 20m2 and a dining room on two levels of about 55m2, 3 full bathrooms.
The second is just below the large room, this consists of living room of about 45m2 at double height, kitchen of about 15m2, bathroom and 1 suite room with dressing room, gym and a second bathroom.
The third room is the one that is located just below the pool, it has two diaphanous rooms, an office kitchen, a complete bathroom and a room where the motor of the pool is located.
