The Spanish real estate market is experiencing a remarkable surge in investments from American citizens, reaching unprecedented levels. Francisco Nomdedeu, member of the General Council of the COAPI of Spain, added that most Americans investing in Spanish properties seek luxury homes priced over €500,000 to quickly obtain residency.
